Our Warranty

At KW we proudly stand behind our products. If you have a concern with any of our products, simply submit a Customer Concern Form below and we will make sure you’re taken care of within the limits of our warranty policy*

Unlimited Milage

KW does not place a mileage restriction on our products, because we realize that you don’t have time for those types of restrictions*

Service & Repairs

Our experts are available to service and rebuild your KW suspension products to ensure they perform just like they did the first day they were assembled by hand and tested by our experienced team in Germany. To begin the service or repair process please complete the customer concern claim form.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Unlimited Mileage

HAS, V1, V2, V2 Comfort, V3, V3 Leveling, V3 Safari Style, V4, V5, DDC, and HLS Systems (excluding universal kits).

1 Year Unlimited Mileage

KW accessories, ESC modules, HLS Universal systems, adjustable control arms, bushings, bump stops, or ball joints.

90 Day, Unlimited Mileage Warranty

All complete KW Clubsport & KW Racing systems.

Customer Concern Form

The original purchaser must file a Customer Concern claim for concerns regarding warranty.
